Prisma Management Strategies (PMS) was established in 1997 and is a division of Prisma Recruitment Limited. The division is comprised of experienced recruitment personnel familiar with the design industry, and legal professionals, widely experienced in the field of commercial law. All have first hand experience of running businesses of their own and understand the necessity of operating in the utmost confidentiality. Involving external parties in this process requires a high degree of and mutual trust. PMS was the first to offer this service in this sector. 

Our service is aimed at the principal or owner of an Architectural, Design or Building Consultancy interested in expanding or developing their practice by means other than direct recruitment. We act as introduction agents and advisors for merger, acquisitions and sale. We also assist businesses identify likely candidates for beneficial joint ventures, either on a project by project basis, or to establish a presence in a new geographical region or country. We currently act for a number of US firms looking to seek a foothold in the UK and European market.

We additionally work along side individuals or companies seeking to develop a new media idea and who require industry support either to back or assist in finding backers. Many design and construction related business are eager to become involved in the business to business opportunities becoming available via the support of 'dot com' start us and other e- businesses.
