Prisma Recruitment Limited enjoys a reputation for
high quality service and has over the past two decades, worked with
hundreds of firms.
Recruitment is not about price, its not about speed,
its not even about nice offices in a great location. Recruitment
is simply about finding the right people. Obvious, but often overlooked.
It is always the best option to find the right person than
hire the wrong one in desperation or for expediency. If they are
right, they pay for themselves. We enable that to happen.
That's not to say our prices are not very reasonable.
Probably less than many of our competitors. Our location (next to
St Paul's Cathedral in the City of London), could not be better.
We take the time to get to know the candidates who
approach us (usually face to face) and to meet the employers themselves
to find out the kind of environment we are putting people into. This
might not be as fast as emailing a CV found on the internet without
ever talking to the owner, but it means, as an employer you are not
subject to luck alone as to the quality of the candidates who come
through your door.
With a database of over 20000 CV's, we know
an awful lot of people! Our service is a true consultancy, finding
assessing and matching skills and aspirations to employers plans.
We can supply staff in a temporary or permanent capacity and
identify and approach potential candidates as individuals. We can
also, via our Prisma Management Strategies division, do the same
for corporate merger/acquisitions targets.
We are independent. We have no association with
the tax avoidance schemes plaguing the recruitment sector or the
self interested recruitment 'trade bodies' who represent
no one but themselves. As a result we are flexible, open minded and
versatile.
