The
conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses
Regulations 2004
The
information below applies to anyone who applies either in writing,
electronically or verbally to us to find work. It outlines the
legal responsibilities of both parties and is determined by statute
law.
If you have submitted information to Prisma Recruitment Limited
which we will use to assist you in finding suitable work:-
Personal information about you will be stored electronically in
accordance with prevailing data protection law. Prisma Recruitment
Limited is Registered with the information commissioner in accordance
with data protection law.
We will not disclose information relating to you without your prior
consent except for the purpose of providing work finding services
and in accordance with the above regulations.
We will operate with regard to your application as both an employment
agency and an employment business.
We will seek to find work for you of a nature directed by you and/or
suitable for your qualifications and experience.
We will not provide work where legal restrictions, if any, prevent
you from lawfully carrying out that work.
There will be no charge made to you for our services under any
circumstances.
You are not required to enter into any agreement to buy products
and services from us.
In the event we find suitable work for you in the capacity of an
employment business you will receive full details in accordance
with the law.
Prisma Recruitment Limited will not attempt to change or vary the
above terms without your agreement.
In all respects our relationship will be subject to the terms of
the above regulations, the governing Act of Parliament and any
other relevant current legislation which may be applicable.
If you wish to proceed please print a copy for your own records.
If you do not, please notify us and we will cease to provide work
finding services.
